HAVE Confidence in your weldING PROJECTS.

A&L Welding Solutions helps Colorado welding and fabrication shops stay profitable, while remaining compliant without slowing the work down.

IT’S SIMPLE

Welding problems slow a project down, and profits disappear fast.

Problems like:

  • Deadline pressure with tight margins

  • Too many moving parts to second-guess welding and quality

  • Confusion, rework, or unclear requirements

Attention to detail when reliability is required.

I know how much rides on getting welding right the first time.

I am a hands-on welding engineer and inspector who cares about precision, integrity, and respect for real people doing real work. I built A&L to stay intentionally small, people-focused, and committed to doing things the right way.

And I know how to create practical solutions.

  • I’m Andrew Lindloff, a hands on Welding Engineer and Inspector that believes in practical solutions that fit your needs. My time as a welder, fabricator and mechanic gave me valuable experience in how work is done. My time as an engineer and a leader gave me valuable experience on how to lead people and manage work. This balance allows me to bring 15+ years of well-rounded experience and perspective to all projects I get to work on.

As an AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) and SME Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE), these credentials have helped me further my desire to continue learning. I am proud of American Manufacturing and am thankful that I get to support it through my work. I appreciate you being here and look forward to working together.
